Other amazing amenities include free off-street parking, a private outdoor area with a gas firepit, and a beautiful two-person shower with a rain showerhead!

Loved Peter’s place! Lots of light, fun artwork, beautiful aesthetic, record player (I even brought some of my own records), and a sweet little back patio where I ended up sitting in the evening to relax. Feels very safe as it’s completely enclosed by a locked fence. Peter was incredibly friendly and happy to help as needed. Thank you, I hope to return!🩵

This is an exceptional place that feels high quality, meets all the needs and is in near perfect condition. We really enjoyed the projector for movie nights, the beauty and thoughtful design of each room, the coffee amenities, and the off street private parking. Check out was easy breezy and Peter checked in often. If we make it out again, I’ll bring some earplugs because it can get noisy outside overnight and early in the morning with loud vehicles/motor bikes, folks talking out on their porches and trash trucks. Overall this is a superb choice and felt like we were living in luxury for the week!

Great Place and close to downtown Lancaster! Nice kitchen and bathroom with standard shower head and rainfall shower head. Nice deck and free parking space on the property and off-street. A real plus was the complimentary parking pass to North Prince Garage near Central Market. Peter was friendly, accessible anytime and quickly responded to any queries. Would definitely stay again when back in Lancaster!
