You’ll be located one block from the beach, steps away from the Intracoastal, and walking distance to many restaurants. This modern condo offers a complete package of resort style amenities including 2 rooftop pools, fitness center, 24 hour security, gym, movie theater, sauna, and club house. Complete luxury from top to bottom. Large open concept living/dining room with large floor to ceiling windows that provide tons of sunlight. Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and everything that you’d need to create your favorite home cooked meal. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video. Large outdoor balcony with loungers, pub table, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs for your private enjoyment. Bedroom has a king sized bed and spa-like bath to complete the unit. Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge. PARKING: (CONDOMINIUM FEES) Short term renters staying (27) days or less: $35 per vehicle per night - Valet parking only Credit Card only Electric vehicle charging stations available CHECK-IN: For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to submit a copy of their government issued ID and complete a transient registration form before arrival. This registration form will include guest information, vehicle registration document, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules & regulations. **Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 72 hours prior to check in to send over to the condominium. OTHER AMENITIES: Club room on 3rd floor Fitness Center on 3rd floor Private Owners Pool on 4th floor Rooftop Pool (with food and bar service): Take in breathtaking bay views while lounging by the pool. Open to guests from 11am to 6pm daily. (The rooftop pool may close without notice for private events or maintenance. On holidays, a bar purchase may be required for access. Thanks for understanding!) Guests will have access to the amenities in the building including but not limited to the two resort style pools, game room, movie room, common lounge areas, the fitness center, and sauna. The 8th floor pool is managed by the Goodland Hotel and has full food and bar service. VALET OVERNIGHT PARKING FEE: Short term renters staying (27) days or less must pay an overnight parking fee of $35 per night per vehicle. Credit Card only. The amount of interaction is completely up to our guests, no pressure. This condo is conveniently located on Fort Lauderdale Beach in the Central Beach Area. Known for its neighborhood feel, you will be a one block walk from the ocean and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars on the beach. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas are both a 10 minute drive/uber away. Once at the condo, you will be walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, and the beach. If you would like to explore downtown, Las Olas, or other areas of Fort Lauderdale, we recommend either driving or using and Uber to get around.
