Guests will have full access to the main home and all including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces.

The mother-in-law suite connected to the home and garage will remain locked and are not included in the rental. There are also a few locked doors and the garage space used for storage that is not included.

Parking is available in designated parking zone on the street. There is plenty of room.

Evans Farm is easy to navigate whether you’re driving or exploring nearby spots. Most guests use a personal car or rental—parking is simple and local attractions are just a short drive away.

Downtown Columbus: about 20–25 minutes south

Polaris Fashion Place: around 10 minutes

Alum Creek State Park: less than 5 minutes

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate throughout Lewis Center, and food delivery apps (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) cover the area as well.

For a slower pace, enjoy walking or biking through the neighborhood’s wide sidewalks and scenic streets. Parking is available on the street in designated areas

Host Presence:

There is a fully separate, locked mother-in-law suite connected to the home. It has its own private entrance and is not accessible from the guest space. The connecting door remains securely locked on both sides.

At times, the host may occupy the private suite; at other times, it may be unoccupied. If the suite is in use, you might briefly see or hear someone arriving or departing through the driveway, but your area remains completely private and secure.
