Bourbon Retreat: Luxe Downtown Condo w/ Spa Baths & Central Access

Traveling with a large family or a group of friends, this is the perfect spot!!! After the hotel my guests & I booked fell through, we found this place & it was the easiest, smoothest transition. Everyone stayed together, we had plenty of space, & it felt like our own private getaway. A few things to know before you book (nothing major, just helpful tips): 🚗 Parking: Not the best, but totally manageable if you don’t mind a short walk or if you’re not bringing a vehicle. 🌙 No windows in the unit: It’s still sleek, cozy, spotless, and quiet just be aware there’s no natural light. One fun heads-up: when you arrive, it might feel like you’re walking into a FedEx (yep, it’s attached to the building). Trust the process it leads you straight to a beautiful & comfortable space. We loved our stay & would absolutely recommend it. Everything was clean, well-kept, & true to the listing photos. If you want a cozy, private escape for your group book it you’ll be glad you did! Amanda was wonderful! We were staying in Louisville during a heat wave and the AC unit was working over time and needed to be adjusted Amanda responded to our need in minutes! Also, the unit’s smoke detectors started chirping while we were there and she had someone at the unit to switch out the batteries very quickly! We stayed at this unit for a conference held at the Galt House. The walk to the GH was quick and easy with lots of food and entertainment options along the way! The unit was clean and quiet. We loved the design and amenities. We loved this space and hope to return to Hollyhock again next year!
