Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Violations of the city ordinance will be subject to fines of up to $5,000.

There is ongoing construction across the channel where three homes are being built. The project is progressing in phases, and there is no set schedule for when work—and any potential noise—may occur. Because the construction is intermittent, guests may experience occasional disturbances. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $120 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Please note that the pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperature drops to 50 degrees or below. Heating times can vary depending on the season, outside temperature, humidity, and other factors, so we kindly ask that you plan ahead when turning on the pool or spa.
