Cell service in the area is generally reliable; however, as this is an island, coverage may occasionally be inconsistent. We recommend planning ahead by saving your access codes, WiFi details, and offline maps in advance, as service can vary by location and carrier.

Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Pool heating is available at no additional cost. The pool typically heats to a maximum of approximately 87°F, and the heater operates daily from 8 AM to 7 PM. If you would like pool heating outside of these hours, an additional fee of $500 per week will apply.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Access

This home uses hurricane-rated doors, so entry is managed by a physical key rather than a keypad. The key must be picked up from the Marco Escapes office prior to arrival. The office will prepare a key packet once your pickup time is confirmed:

Once collected, you’ll use the physical key to access the home’s hurricane doors. If you need help coordinating key pickup, just let us know.
