Out of consideration for neighbors, music must be turned down by 11:00 PM, and parties are not allowed on the premises.

Only one room in the home is located on the ground level; all remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor and require the use of stairs.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Cleaning Services
Basic cleaning of bedrooms and common areas is provided daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding holidays. This service covers general tidying only. Guests are expected to leave the house in good condition; additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in poor condition.

Staff Guidelines
The staff have set responsibilities and schedules. Guests may not hire, redirect, or assign tasks beyond their established duties or hours.

House Security and Energy Use
To ensure safety and energy efficiency:

• Please lock the entrance door by pressing the lock button when leaving. Guests are responsible for any issues resulting from an unsecured door.

• Turn off air conditioning units when not in the room or when leaving the house.

• Keep curtains down and all doors locked when the property is unoccupied.

Luggage Drop-Off Service
Luggage drop-off is allowed prior to check-in or after check-out, depending on availability.

Please note that the pool is not heated, as this is not needed due to the warm climate of the area.
