Due to the region’s tropical climate, occasional insects may appear even though the property is regularly fumigated. This is common in the area and part of the natural environment. For your comfort and safety, items such as insect repellent, citronella, and insecticide can be provided as needed.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

General House Rules
To help keep the home comfortable and well-maintained, please follow these guidelines during your stay:

• Eating in the beds is not allowed.

• Turn off all lights and air conditioners when not in use to support energy conservation.

• Be sure to close all doors and windows when leaving the house or going out.

Optional Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is available at an additional cost, six days a week, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Let Concierge know in advance if this service is desired.

The house and pool are cleaned before check-in. For stays of five nights or more, an additional house and pool cleaning service is offered free of charge. For any questions or to request extra cleaning during your stay, feel free to reach out.

Please note that the pool is not heated, as this is not commonly needed due to the warm climate of the area.
