We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious well designed house. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. The house is well equipped with all the modern comforts and furnishings. Our host Juan was always helpful and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have stayed in quite a few beach houses in the region but this house was our favorite.

A group of 10 of us stayed at Casa Midtown for two weeks and it was an ideal setup that I would highly recommend, both for working remotely + vacationing. The home is in great condition and has plenty of space both indoors and out. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. The beach is fantastic, with a long shallow sandbar for playing in the ocean. It's a short drive into town for groceries or restaurants. Juan also went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect - he upgraded the wifi speed for video calls (worked great), put us in touch with a local chef who cooked lunch & dinner for our group (highly highly recommend this!), had a cleaner come to the house to tidy up indoors and out during the stay, and when we encountered some maintenance issues he was prompt in sending someone to fix them. We hope to be back soon!

Family getaway Casa Midtown was a very comfortable house for the 10 of us. There was plenty of room to dine, hang out and read, play games, etc. The patio and hammock were great. The house was well-equipped and the decor was lovely. I knew the beach wasn't going to like those near Cancun, but there was so much seaweed and even a little garbage, that we really didn't feel like walking on the beach much. The nice breezes made the weather quite pleasant in December, but the cool weather was just cool enough that we didn't feel like going in the pool.
