Recently refreshed with a contemporary layout and clean modern finishes, the home offers bright interiors, comfortable gathering spaces, and a relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle that makes settling in effortless.

The chef-inspired kitchen anchors the home with a striking quartz island perfect for casual breakfasts, cocktails, or conversation while meals are prepared. Getting around is simple and stress-free. Major roads and freeways are easily accessible, making it quick to get to nearby cities like Scottsdale, Tempe, or Phoenix. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within a short drive, and you'll have no trouble finding parking with plenty of space at the home itself. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate efficiently in this area, and for those flying in, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is typically a 25–30 minute drive, depending on traffic.
Pool heat is included at no additional charge; however, water temperature cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on ambient weather conditions and seasonal limitations. For safety and liability purposes, all guests will be required to complete a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
This home is part of a residential community with a strict zero-tolerance party policy. The City of Scottsdale actively enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines, immediate intervention, or removal of the listing from hosting platforms. This home is intended for respectful stays only.
For guest and property safety, the exterior entry is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency or security-related matters. The home also includes a Minut noise monitoring system to help ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This system does not record audio or conversations and only measures sound levels (decibel monitoring).
Dogs are not typically permitted at this property; however, exceptions may be considered upon request and written approval. If an exception is granted—or if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found after checkout—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning and allergen treatment.
Late check-outs that are not approved in advance may incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any timing changes with us prior to departure to avoid additional charges.
