Uber is convenient for short trips, but we recommend renting a car for larger groups. The property offers ample private driveway parking (no street parking permitted).

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Surveillance: Entry/exit points only (no indoor cameras)
• All locals will be required to pay a security deposit towards the stay.
• Guests wishing to make a reservation more than 6 months in advance must first confirm availability with the host before booking.

• Pets are allowed with approval
• $300 first pet, $200 second pet (any size/breed)
• Additional $65 cleaning fee

🧹 Services & Maintenance
• Landscaping: Weekly (Wednesdays/Thursdays)
• Pool Service: Weekly (Wednesdays, with authorised access)
• Garbage Collection: Mondays & Thursdays – guests asked to assist with bin placement

🚫 Parties & Noise
• No parties, receptions, or events allowed
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM
• Violations may result in immediate termination and fines
