Newly renovated with designer touches — including a diamond-shaped soaking tub in the primary suite — this home sits 10 minutes from Everglades National Park and 5 minutes from Dolphin Mall. Presented by SuCasa Vacay, every detail is thoughtfully chosen.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

Unwind in our Miami backyard oasis. Take a dip in the saltwater pool, then relax on one of four poolside lounge chairs as the Miami sun does its thing. Romantic string lights and an outdoor dining set make this space just as inviting after dark.

During sunny Miami days, take advantage of our complete barbecue grilling kit and grill your favorite meals without needing to purchase any extras. The outdoor area also features an equipped bar, grill, and fridge, and as evenings approach, warm up with our tabletop fire pit on the spacious patio.

INSIDE THE HOME

The living room and game room flow together as one space, complete with a "Miami" neon sign as a photo-op backdrop. Challenge each other to ping pong, or pull out the benches tucked underneath the table for a round of board games instead. It's a layout built for friendly competition and easy togetherness.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of essential amenities: coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and a comprehensive set of pots and pans, among other cooking basics. 8 guests can comfortably gather at the large dining table, and another 4 at the smaller dining table.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

All four bedrooms and three full bathrooms are located upstairs, with a half bathroom on the main floor for guest convenience.

• Bedroom 1 – Primary (Sleeps 4): 2 queen beds + floating sofa + ensuite bathroom + work desk + TV + private outdoor access
• Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): King canopy bed + ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2): King bed + TV + access to Bathroom 3
• Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2): 2 twin beds + TV + access to Bathroom 3

BATHROOMS

3.5 bathrooms total. The primary ensuite and Bathroom 3 (shared by Bedrooms 3 and 4) both feature double shower heads, and the primary ensuite includes a "diamond" shaped soaking tub and towel warmer. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

• Parking: The garage accommodates 1 car, and the driveway allows parking for 6 cars (7 total).
• Family + Laundry Essentials: The home includes a washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. A Pack 'n Play with sheets and a high chair are available upon request.

Drive times are estimates based on normal traffic conditions. During rush hour, travel times may increase substantially and can occasionally take up to twice as long.

The house is exclusively yours, with no sharing with other guests. Enjoy unrestricted access to the private pool, backyard, and entire house. Pool service takes place every Monday, and lawn service takes place biweekly on Mondays — the service providers will briefly access the outdoor area on these days.

For housekeeping and owner supplies, one closet in the primary bedroom (Bedroom 1) remains locked. Guests still have access to a separate closet in the same room for their belongings.

Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around from the home.

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. At all other times, guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and be respectful of the residential neighborhood. Noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• NO INDOOR SMOKING: Smoking is permitted outdoors only and is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home.
• SMOKING DAMAGE FEE: If a smoke odor is detected inside the home, a $500 smoke-remediation charge will apply, in addition to any extra cleaning costs and the replacement cost of items damaged by smoke. Guests may also be responsible for losses caused to a subsequent reservation if the home cannot be occupied because of smoke odor.
• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted.
• ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: For reservations with more than 8 guests, a fee of $25 per night applies to each guest beyond the 8th. This fee helps cover the additional supplies provided and extra wear and tear on the home.
