THE LIVING SPACE
Guests can comfortably relax and unwind in the bright, inviting, open-concept space. Enjoy the room by streaming your favorite shows on the TV or simply having quality time with friends and family, watching the kiddos in the pool from the living room, or simply enjoy the view of the canal.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of essential amenities: New stainless steel appliances, filtered water attached to the fridge, coffee & machine, kettle, dishwasher, and a comprehensive set of pots and pans, among other cooking basics. Eight guests can comfortably gather at the large dining table and 3 can sit at the breakfast bar.

You can enjoy playing ping pong or remove the net, pull out the stylish benches underneath the table, and gather round and play some board games!

MASTER BEDROOM
This room features a king-size canopy bed and an ensuite bathroom. It offers views of the pool and canal.

This room features a bunk bed with (2) full-size beds, closet space, and a dresser.

The house is exclusively yours, with no sharing with other guests. Enjoy unrestricted access to the private pool, backyard, and entire house.

Aside from (2) cars that can park on the street, the driveway accommodates an additional:
(3) Cars OR (1) RV + (1) Car OR (1) Truck w/ tow & boat + (1) Car

There is a 3 car drive-way and 2 free parking spots for street parking in front of the house.

● Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. At all other times, maintain reasonable noise levels. Any noise complaints will lead to the automatic cancellation of your reservation. STRICTLY ENFORCED
● No Pets are allowed
● Smoking is permitted on the backyard patio and is STRICTLY forbidden inside the home
● There is extra guest fee of $20 per night per guest for each guests after the 8th person staying due to extra supplies provided and additional wear and tear to the house.
