Aside from (2) cars that can park on the street, the driveway accommodates an additional: (3) Cars OR (1) RV + (1) Car OR (1) Truck w/ tow & boat + (1) Car There is a 3 car drive-way and 2 free parking spots for street parking in front of the house. ● Parties are NOT permitted in the home. STRICTLY ENFORCED ● Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. At all other times, maintain reasonable noise levels. Any noise complaints will lead to the automatic cancellation of your reservation. STRICTLY ENFORCED ● No Pets are allowed ● Smoking is permitted on the backyard patio and is STRICTLY forbidden inside the home ● There is extra guest fee of $20 per night per guest for each guests after the 8th person staying due to extra supplies provided and additional wear and tear to the house. ● Additional housekeeping services can be arranged ● Infants & Children are welcome! ● We're committed to your satisfaction and comfort.
