Built for families, couples, and small groups, this newly renovated 2BR/2BA condo offers a refined mix of comfort and luxury inside the exclusive Beachside 1 building at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Inside, you'll find an open-concept living space bathed in natural light. The living area features stylish coastal decor, a Smart TV, and large sliding doors that open to a private balcony overlooking the emerald waters. The modern kitchen includes full-size stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials to prepare meals at home.
The spacious master suite includes a plush king bed, ensuite bath with travertine walk-in shower, and direct balcony access with Gulf views. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and an adjoining full bath with walk-in shower. A premium queen sleeper sofa and inflatable queen mattress are available for additional guests.
Guests enjoy private deeded beach access reserved exclusively for Beachside 1 residents and guests, along with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and grilling area just steps from the sand. Free onsite parking for up to two vehicles and included tram passes make exploring Sandestin effortless.
Getting to the Beach
CostaVista sits directly on the Gulf in the Beachside One tower. Beach access is on the 2nd floor, directly across from the elevators and through the private gates - the sand is under your feet in a couple of minutes.
