We loved the basketball court and outdoor terrace space. Even in the hot humidity of Tennessee August, we had an awesome basketball tournament and enjoyed a dinner on the terrace! The marina being an easy drive away was also awesome so we could enjoy the water on a double decker pontoon and a speed boat for water sports. The perfect weekend.

The house and property were exactly what our large family needed and were impressed with. The home theatre and basketball and pickleball courts were huge hits with the kids. We loved the well supplied kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Close access to the lake and Sunset Marina was a plus. Great place for a large group!

The Holiday Hutt is unmatchable! Every bedroom is perfectly appointed. The basketball court, theater, sports bar and game tables provide plenty of entertainment for our group of all ages. And the kitchen is so easily maneuverable, and furnished to the hilt for large groups!
