Step outside to the backyard, where you’ll find a great outdoor living space with a TV, sofa, and two chairs. Sometimes, they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly. - Fireplaces are not currently available for guest use. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day, per pool, but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat requires a 2-day minimum. Pool heat is available from October 1 – May 30. - No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances. - Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
