This home has 6 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a total of 4 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds (4 beds total) and 2 huge sectional couches.
Bedroom 1 - This rustic and secluded upstairs bedroom comes with a king bed, private bathroom, 45" smart tv, and is surrounded by windows with wooded views.
Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed, ample closet space, and is styled with natural wood tones.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom includes a king bed, double door closet, and backlit shelving to bring modern tones to this mountain home.
Bedroom 4 - This massive upstairs bedroom includes two queen beds perfect for sleeping adults and kids alike.
Bedroom 5 - This basement master features a king bed, windows outlooking mountain woodland, and twin mirrors to help prepare for the day.
Bedroom 6 - This modern basement bedroom features two twin over full bunks, walk in closet, and stays dark well into the morning for those who like to sleep in.

You'll find four clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find three walk-in showers and one shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are four stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal. The main dining table is nearly 9ft long and has enough chairs for 8 guests, with an additional 3 chairs at the bar just behind it. The breakfast nook by the fully stocked coffee bar has modern leather chairs for another 4 guests.
The entire top floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The basement level is jam packed with everything your group could need to enjoy themselves. Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find a enormous sectional with a massive 65” smart TV to match. If movies aren't your thing there is also an air hockey table, a pool table, and two different arcade machines. Walk through the “garage door” to find 3 full size basketball hoops and a disco ball light to enjoy with competition or dance parties alike.

Just out the back sliding door you will find a dining table for 6 with dual patio heaters, an additional 3 lounge chairs surrounding a glass fireplace, and a brand new hot tub. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street for up to 6 vehicles.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

This is a safe and secluded home located just off main access (I-70) to hiking/biking trails, Red Rocks, many ski/snowboard towns, Boulder, and Downtown Denver. There is also a grocery store (MS Food Mart) just 3 min away to make your stay as convenient as it is secluded.
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
This is a rural area with few ubers. We recommend having your own vehicle. During winter 4 wheel drive is a necessity in the mountains and a necessity to access the property.
We will send you a guidebook prior to arrival. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included suggestions for the best things to do around Morrison, our favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden on the property and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
At times our team comes by for hot tub maintenance, snow removal, trash pick up, and other odd jobs. Please allow them to do their jobs.
We handle trash ourselves rather than through a trash company. For this reason excessive trash removal will result in a small $20 to $50 fee when there is significant excess
WARNING: In the mountains you need 4x4 drive in the winter. Expect steep and snowy roads. Furthermore there is wildlife in the mountains. Bears and Bobcats have been spotted throughout the year in these parts. Children should not be left unattended outdoors.
