Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

There may be poor cell coverage in this area. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Additionally, there is a landline phone at the home for your use.

We recommend arriving in an AWD or 4WD, as roads leading to the property are steep. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. We provide fans that can be used to stay cool and comfortable.
