While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, mice, and coyotes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving items outside unattended and keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay.- Pool heat is a paid feature at $350 per day and must be requested 24–48 hours prior to check-in.- Please note that pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.- Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons.- Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
