Brand new pool! Expansive, modern 7-BR luxury home on 8 acres in the mountains. Ample privacy, dramatic mountain views, and bucolic setting. The home features full kitchen, dining room, living room, basement game room with boot lockers and sauna, kids room in the top floor. The property features a 2-car covered garage and outdoor seating area. Located just 5 minutes to the picturesque town of New London and ~20 minutes to Mount Sunapee and Ragged Mountain. Whole house in the New London area, near Mount Sunapee. Access through garage with the smart lock. Notes & Disclaimers: Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash. Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow. Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control. Air conditioning: There is central AC at this property. The unit cools the whole house. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter). Pool: Our outdoor pools typically open for Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend, weather permitting. Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance. Fireworks and/or parties not allowed. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and neighbors will call the police.
