Welcome to your private mountain retreat, where modern comfort meets the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Set on eight secluded acres with sweeping mountain views, this spacious seven-bedroom chalet was designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy every season.

The home offers generous gathering spaces, including a bright open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room perfect for shared meals. Downstairs, the game room invites friendly competition, while the sauna provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking, swimming, skiing, or exploring the surrounding mountains.

During the warmer months, the brand-new pool becomes the heart of the property. Spend the day swimming, lounging in the sun, or enjoying the peaceful mountain setting before gathering outdoors for dinner or an evening under the stars.

The home comfortably accommodates larger groups across seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together. Younger guests will love the dedicated kids' room on the top floor, while practical touches like boot lockers and a two-car covered garage make every stay effortless, no matter the season.

Whether you're planning summer days by the pool, colorful fall weekends, or winter adventures at nearby Mt. Sunapee, this home offers a memorable mountain escape just minutes from New London.

Notes & Disclaimers:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: There is central AC throughout the whole house. Temperature is controlled with the thermostats. There's a thermostat in the kitchen and two upstairs.

Pool: Our outdoor pools typically open for Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 15 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 15 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.

Fireworks and/or parties not allowed. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and neighbors will call the police.
