There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control from an in-home tablet. Our Wander Concierge will support over text but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

There is a second floor in the home. Please note that access to the second floor is only available through stairs.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

No extra guests are allowed.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort. However, service animals are permitted to accompany guests during their stay.

A $1,000 fine will be applied for bringing any unauthorized pets.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes, and other substances. A $1,000 fine will be applied for any violations.
