Connected to the kitchen is the stylish living room which features a plush L-shaped couch, a fireplace, and a 75” TV. In the summertime open the large sliding glass doors and enjoy the beautiful upper deck as a great extension of living space. The deck features a comfortable sitting area, an outdoor dining table, tree views all around, and a view of the nearby creek. Rounding out the upper level is 2 bedrooms, which include the master suite. The master suite is tucked back away from the shared living space for added privacy and boasts a king-size bed, a fireplace, a 65" TV, a spacious walk-through closet, access to the upper deck, and an en-suite master bathroom. This home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury for an unforgettable stay.

Centrally located just off HWY 89 and a short walk away from a public transportation stop, this home places you in a great location for easy accessibility to the surrounding areas. For those without a vehicle, a 5-minute walk will take you to the public transportation TART stop at Tavern Inn. This bus will take you to Tahoe City with a short bus ride where you can connect to locations such as Northstar California Resort. Being close to HWY 89 provides quick access to the beautiful surrounding areas with just a 9-minute drive to Tahoe City and a 14-minute drive to Truckee. In the winter time, enjoy a complimentary door-to-door shuttle service to and from the ski resort. It's a 4-minute drive from the Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort and less than 10 minutes from Alpine Meadows.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
