The area is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including seals, pelicans, bald eagles, migrating whales, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Minimum Booking Policy
Please note that all reservations must be made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date, with a minimum stay requirement of 31 days.

Sublease Agreement
To ensure gate access is activated in time for your arrival, a one-page sublease agreement must be signed and submitted no later than 15 days before your stay. This agreement is required in order to issue your personalized gate code.
