There is a shared sitting / hangout area in the patio. It is shared with community residents.

Please note that the condo is located on the top floor and is only accessible via stairs, as there is no elevator. This listing does not offer air conditioning.

Pacific Beach is a very walkable town! You can walk on the boardwalk and all the way to Mission Beach if you wanted to! If you want to get to any other parts of San Diego it's best to drive or use Uber / Lyft.

For your safety we have a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
