This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and guests are expected to be respectful of the home, its contents, surroundings, and neighbors. The City of Palm Springs and the Neighborhood Association enforce strict noise ordinances, which you agreed to comply with by signing the City’s vacation rental compliance form and Good Neighbor Brochure.
Please take note of the following:
No music of any kind may be played outside, even on mobile devices. This rule is strictly enforced, and violations may result in immediate eviction by the City.
Between 10 PM and 7 AM, there should be no noise outdoors. If you remain outside during these hours, please keep voices low or move indoors with doors and windows closed.
Parking is limited to one car in the driveway and up to four additional cars on the gravel area out front.
These rules are reiterated to ensure you have an enjoyable stay without complications, as the City enforces them strictly and may impose significant fines on guests or mandate eviction within an hour of a reported violation.
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
Pool heating may be pre-arranged with an additional daily fee depending on the season. Here are the corresponding fees:
October 15th – April 15th: $130/day
April 16th – May 30th: $80/day
May 31st – September 15th: No charge
September 16th – October 14th: $80/day
