The City of Palm Springs and the Neighborhood Association enforce strict noise ordinances, which you agreed to comply with by signing the City’s vacation rental compliance form and Good Neighbor Brochure.

No music of any kind may be played outside, even on mobile devices. This rule is strictly enforced, and violations may result in immediate eviction by the City.
Between 10 PM and 7 AM, there should be no noise outdoors. If you remain outside during these hours, please keep voices low or move indoors with doors and windows closed.
Parking is limited to one car in the driveway and up to four additional cars on the gravel area out front.
These rules are reiterated to ensure you have an enjoyable stay without complications, as the City enforces them strictly and may impose significant fines on guests or mandate eviction within an hour of a reported violation.
