Walled and gated for privacy with a spectacular resort-style yard. It features a lap pool surrounded by lounge chairs, a separate spa, outdoor living room with fireplace, and closeup mountain views. The 4700 square feet of interior space have walls of glass and picture windows that reveal the backyard paradise. The chef's kitchen, multiple living spaces, and comfortable bedrooms make it ideal for groups and larger families. Prime location in an ultra private, celebrity studded neighborhood.
At the center of the spacious yard is the sparkling lap pool, surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, with a spa that is separate from the pool. Offering the perfect mix of sun and shade with many outdoor seating areas, including an outdoor living room with a fireplace and built in BBQ, a courtyard with table seating for 4, and an outdoor dining area with seating for 8. Lush hedges, mature landscaping, colorful blooms, fruit trees, and incredible mountain views add to the magic of this very special property.
The open concept floorplan, vaulted ceilings with picture windows, and walls of glass provide seamless indoor-outdoor living. The great room has seating, a gas fireplace, and it opens directly up to the yard. The secondary living/media room is where you'll kick back if you want to watch TV. The gourmet kitchen has an expansive center island, gas range, and 4 seats at the kitchen bar. The dining room has seating for 8-10.
The Primary Suite has a King bed, TV, private doors to the yard, and en suite bathroom with separate vanities, soaking tub and a shower. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 has a King bed, TV, and en suite bath with combo tub/shower. Bedroom 4 has a King bed, and direct access to the courtyard. Half bath in the Main House. The Casita Suite is separate from the Main House, and has a King bed, TV, and views out to the pool and mountains. It has a kitchenette, and en suite bath with shower.

Make your way over to the South Lykken Trailhead for a scenic hike in the foothills of Mount San Jacinto State Park. When it is time to venture out a bit, the hustle and bustle of Palm Canyon Drive will be just the place to get your fill of local shops, restaurants and museums in town. The Moorten Botanical Garden is also a great attraction within walking distance. It's the perfect spot to soak up the famous year-round sun in Palm Springs!
