This David Rios designed post-and-beam Alexander has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open floor plan with indoor outdoor living at its finest. The breathtaking exterior has a pool, spa, firepits, bar, putting green, outdoor shower and plenty of spots to soak up the sun. Just minutes from all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive.
The interior walls of glass open up to the extraordinary poolside paradise! You'll find a pool and spa, surrounded by luxury lounge chairs and umbrellas, a covered cabana with firepits and seating, putting green, outdoor shower, 2 al fresco dining spaces and a built in BBQ. Swaying palm trees and privacy hedges add to the magic of this very special property.
Originally built in 1958, and completely remodeled and expanded, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath boasts an open kitchen with island seating for 4, dining room with seating for 6, a bar with cocktail tables, and a living room with fireplace. The second living room is a swanky little spot to kick back and watch movies or play games.
Each of the bedrooms is immaculately styled. The Primary Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, and a private patio. En suite bathroom with large tiled shower. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, private doors to the pool and en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, and Bedroom 4 has a Queen. They share easy access to the hall full bathroom that also has a door to the pool.
