Wander Palm Springs Gem

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available year-round. Pool heating is available upon request and heats the pool to approximately 87°F during heating hours from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Pool heating is offered seasonally, with a nightly fee of $75 per night from November through March and $50 per night during April, May, and October. Pool heating is not needed during other months.

For stays under 7 nights, pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay and cannot be enabled for select days. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no additional charge to ensure the pool is ready for use. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
