Outdoor Living Lounge poolside while soaking in the stunning San Jacinto backdrop. Take a dip in the sparkling spa, dine alfresco on the patio, or retreat to the private backyard for a quiet breeze and glass of wine. Whether you're entertaining or unwinding, the outdoor space is just as inspiring as the interior. Location Located in the sought-after Murano neighborhood, you're close to hiking trails, downtown Palm Springs, the Aerial Tram, and top restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting perfect for relaxing. Pool Heat Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: • November–March: $75/night • April, May, October: $50/night • Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge. Hot Tub Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay. Utility Surcharge For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival. Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee. Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $200/dog/stay fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly. Additional Policies & Rules • No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house. • 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am • No smoking inside home • Renter must be 25+ years of age • Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
