There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which the Wander team can control remotely at your request. Our Wander Concierge will support over text, but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience. Please note this functionality is in beta and we are constantly adding improvements.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
The minimum age to be the primary renter at this home is 25 years old and must provide a copy of a government-issued ID when booking.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 pax. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
There is a $100/day fee for pool heating at this home. It takes around 24 hours for the pool temperature to reach 80°F during the colder months. During warmer months, ambient temperatures often keep the pool comfortable without additional heating, though it is can still be arranged. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
