A modern sushi restaurant that offers the best of itself in Uptown Palm Springs since 2018. The chef and founder Engin Onural draws in cultural influences from his world travels to create a truly unique dining experience with classic and signature dishes. Tac/Quila

A hip Mexican eatery with eclectic decor with three Michelin stars serving street fare, seafood, meat dishes and craft cocktails. If you want to try a true modern Mexican cuisine, this is the place. Open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Note: Tac/Quila does not offer delivery, but there is a pickup sister restaurant, Clandestino, to order from a Mexican menu.

Reforma

A friendly environment offering a fantastic Latin inspired menu. You can either order to take or pick a table,  the menu ranges from Chilean Escalopa to Brussels sprouts to Lomo Saltado. Open from Wednesday to Friday from 4 PM to 2 AM; Saturday from 9 AM to 2 AM; Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM; closed Monday and Tuesday.

1501 Uptown Gastropub

A wrap-around bar anchors the restaurant center, with sporting events playing on TV (quietly) as patrons share charcuterie boards and giant proverb Bavarian style pretzels over drinks. The handsome pub designed by famed Architect Chris Pardo offers a range of seasonal freshly prepared food and a comprehensive drinks selection along with first-class service. Jensen's Finest Foods

A local small grocery store with a great selection. There you can order online, get deli and bakery products. Open daily from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Ralphs Fresh Fare

A chain grocery store offering fresh produce, quality meats, a variety of alcoholic beverages, and other essential groceries. It also features a bakery with daily fresh goods and a convenient in-house pharmacy. Open daily from 5 AM to 1 AM.

Whole Foods Market

An eco-minded chain in Rancho Mirage offering natural and organic grocery items, eco-friendly housewares, and a variety of other products. Most locations also feature a selection of wine. Open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Mr. Lyons Steakhouse

A retro-inspired restaurant offering hand-cut meats, classic steakhouse dishes, and traditional cocktails like martinis. The space combines modern touches with luxury, accompanied by jazz standards and a focus on tableside service. The menu emphasizes ingredients sourced from local small farms. There is a Speakeasy bar in the back.

Boozehounds Palm Springs

A stylish restaurant that welcomes dogs, serving brunch, cocktails, and a menu inspired by Southern California cuisine. You can make a reservation online here. Open Friday to Saturday from 10 AM to 11 PM, Sunday from 10 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM.

Townie Bagels

The bagel shop offers classic boiled bagels, coffee, espresso drinks, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, as well as retail beans. We recommend you try LOX. Open Monday to Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 12 PM, closed on Tuesday.

Peninsula Pastries

A traditional French bakery known for its highly sought-after baguettes, often regarded as some of the best on the West Coast. All pastries, cakes, and bread are handmade daily using carefully selected ingredients, including French flour and butter. Open Thursday to Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, closed Monday to Wednesday.

Note: Arriving early is recommended, especially on weekends, as it’s a popular spot with frequent lines.

Farm

An intimate, country-chic eatery with a patio, offering farm-to-table Provençal cuisine, including breakfast. The cozy outdoor setting makes it a great spot. Open daily for breakfast and lunch from 8 AM to 2 PM, and dinner from Friday to Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

The Heyday

A casual eatery specializing in American smash burgers, crispy fries, and milkshakes made with premium ingredients. The menu includes burgers, hot dogs, salads, and house-made sauces, with vegetarian options available. Dine-in, takeout, and delivery options are offered. Open daily from Sunday to Thursday from 12 PM to 9 PM and from Friday to Saturday from 12 PM to 10 PM.

Rooster And The Pig

A stylish, industrial-chic eatery offering creative takes on Vietnamese cuisine, complemented by craft cocktails. The restaurant is cashless and operates on a walk-in only basis. Open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM, closed Monday to Tuesday.

Kreem

The artisanal ice cream is hand-made in-store using the freshest ingredients, with rotating flavors for an ever-changing experience. It also serves coffee. Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 8 AM to 9 PM, closed on Monday.

Workshop Kitchen & Bar

The chef has a passion for cooking over wood and the flavors of the wood-fired oven. Seafood is sourced from the Dory Fleet at the Newport pier, while poultry and diary come from sustainable farms in Hemet. Open from Sunday to Monday from 5 PM to 10 PM, and from Friday to Saturday from 5 PM to 11 PM.

Bar Cecil

A Michelin-rated bar and restaurant. The name, pronounced sessel, is a homage to Cecil Beaton, a renaissance man, a love letter to Beaton’s vision of life and art: a celebration of what’s good, of eliminating that which is only pomp. You can read the menu here. Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 5 PM to 10 PM, opening Mondays starting October 7.

Gabino's Creperie

A cool little crepe shop tucked in an alley near Kreem, offering salads and savory crepes from a window-serve nook. The spot features delivery and a few outdoor tables. You can place your order ahead here. Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM, closed on Monday.

Alice B.

The menu changes with the seasons, showcasing Southern California’s seasonal bounty with Mediterranean influences. The restaurant, by the Border Grill ladies, Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Miliken, is located near the heart of downtown Palm Springs and it also offers live music. Open for Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, for Dinner on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 10 PM.

Pappy + Harriet's

The place to enjoy live music and a burger in Pioneertown, and a weekend motorcycle destination. It offers an open-pit fire Santa Maria BBQ and a variety of hearty dishes like chili nachos. A must visit. Agua Caliente Indian Reservation

The reservation is considered sacred to the Cahuilla Indians and of historical importance to scientists and nature lovers, these canyons provide a range of outdoor recreational activities for visitors. Indian Canyon Golf Resort

The jewel of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley since 1961. Once a private club named Canyon Country Club, this 36-hole facility was a favorite haunt of Hollywood celebrities like Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, and Jackie Gleason. You can make reservations online.
