Mesa Ranch is a charming 4 bedroom compound situated on over an acre of land in the historic Mesa neighborhood of Palm Springs. Walled and gated for privacy with immaculate landscaping, pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower and closeup mountain views. The main house has a gourmet kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The guest house features a 9 foot pool table, poker table, kitchenette and a private bedroom and bathroom. Its a beautiful home, spectacularly close to the mountains, in an ultra private, celebrity studded neighborhood.
The outdoors is a perfect mix of sun and shaded areas. At the center of the spacious yard is the sparkling saltwater pool and integrated spa. There are multiple outdoor seating areas, a dining table, BBQ and an outdoor fireplace to gather by as the stars come out. Outside the west side of the office is a lanai with its own gas fire pit.
The main house has a fully equipped chefs kitchen with seating for 2 at the oversized island. The dining table has seating for 6. The great room has a TV, seating and a heat n glow fireplace.
Three of the four bedrooms are in the main original masonry home. The Master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath with shower, TV, private patio and an adjacent office/reading room. The office area can be closed off from the Master suite and main living space by closing the barn doors at each end. Suite 2 has a King bed, en suite bath with tub/shower, TV and sliding glass doors out to the pool. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, TV and easy access to the adjacent full bathroom with shower. Suite 4 is in the 1,100 square foot detached guest house and is perfect for a bit of privacy. It has a King bed, doors to a private patio, TV and bathroom with shower. The guest house great room has a poker table, pool table, a 75" wall mounted Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Located south of the main drag of downtown, this home will provide the perfect mix of privacy and convenience while still being close to all of the action. Make your way over to the South Lykken Trailhead for a scenic hike in the foothills of Mount San Jacinto State Park. When it is time to venture out a bit, the hustle and bustle of Palm Canyon Drive will be just the place to get your fill of local shops, restaurants and museums in town. The Moorten Botanical Garden is also a great attraction within walking distance. Mesa Modern Ranch is the perfect spot to soak up the famous year-round sun in Palm Springs!
