Located behind a private gate, it offers all the amenities you want on vacation - gorgeous pool, spa, outdoor shower, firepit, al fresco dining and beautiful mountain views. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, no expense was spared on this recently remodeled vacation home. Open concept floorplan, walls of glass, gourmet kitchen and spa like bathrooms.
Outdoors, the spacious yard is walled and gated for privacy, and has a sparkling pool, spa and water features, surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. Convenient outdoor shower. Firepit lounge. Covered outdoor living and dining with seating for 8. Gas BBQ.
Open concept floorplan and walls of glass showcase the incredible mountain views. The great room has comfortable seating, a TV, and opens up to the gourmet kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, large center island with seating for 5. Fully stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 6-8. The intimate front sitting room has a table for 4, seating, fireplace and records.
The Master Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, mountain views and sliding glass doors to the pool. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, large shower, and dual vanities with illuminated LED mirror. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has two Twins, and Bedroom 4 has a Queen. They all share easy access to two full bathrooms that have showers and LED mirrors. Suite 5 is in the Casita and has a King bed, flatscreen TV, and en suite bath with shower.
