The second floor serves as the central gathering space, featuring an expansive open layout that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. A plush sectional invites you to relax after a day at the beach, while large windows bathe the room in natural light.
The gourmet kitchen is a true showstopper — complete with a gas range, top-of-the-line appliances, and three stunning islands that make cooking, entertaining, and dining effortless. The main dining table seats six, with four additional stools at the bar counter for casual meals and conversation. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Please refrain from hanging decorations on walls and surfaces. If policies are not adhered to, fines up to $500 may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.
