Welcome to your coastal retreat, where comfort meets convenience. This inviting home features multiple porches and overlooks a serene lagoon. Just a short walk away, you'll find the community pool and the sandy beach, making it easy to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or strolling along the shoreline. Enjoy the world class amenities of Wild Dunes Resort from this centrally located home in the highly desirable Pelican Bay neighborhood. Upon entry, the bright and comfortable furnishings welcome you to the lovely living area with plenty of room to gather. The dining area sits in between the living room and kitchen, by the windows over looking the lagoon in the back yard for sunlight and bird watching. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and open to the main areas of the home. There is even a screen porch for you to enjoy! The fully equipped kitchen is just beside the dining area, complete with upgraded appliances and new countertops. There is also a powder room off living room for convenience. Next to the front door is one of the primary bedrooms with a private bathroom. This has a queen size bed, overlooks the front of the home. The additional bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed with its own private deck overlooking the large lagoon. It has a full updated bathroom with a large shower. The remaining two upstairs bedrooms will have a queen bed and a room with two twins. These rooms share a Jack-N-Jill style bathroom. There is a covered garage for two cars and an outdoor shower for post-beach and pool trips. You and your family will love it! **The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August to September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach.
