Because this home is located directly on the Gulf in a natural coastal environment, you may occasionally see typical beach-area wildlife such as seabirds, small lizards, crabs, or insects, especially during the warmer months. This is normal for beachfront properties in Florida.

Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to access the home.

You must be at least 25 years old to book this Wander.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The community pool is seasonally heated during colder months.

Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.

Wander Suites are condos or townhomes. They offer the same elevated design, comfort, and technology as our single-family homes. Enjoy access to shared amenities that could include a pool, gym, or rooftop deck, along with a central, connected location. Community guidelines such as quiet hours and parking rules help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Parking

In order to park and have access to Ramsgate Condominium amenities, guests are required to complete the online Ramgsgate HOA Guest Registration, prior to arrival. Parking passes are $40 per vehicle with a max of 2 passes allowed.

Starter Supplies

This home is stocked with a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and dish sponge. These items will not be replenished once they run out.

Balcony

Towels and other clothing may not be hung from balcony railings.

WiFi

During busier times and due to limited local infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. Please note that no refunds will be provided for internet issues, including loss of service or slow Wi-Fi speeds.
