Your access code will be provided 48 hours before arrival in your check-in information. Guest Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required and must be completed no later than 72 hours before check-in. Parking & EV Charging: The home includes covered parking and a convenient EV charging station. Events: This property is designed for family gatherings, retreats, and vacations. Parties or unauthorized events are not permitted. Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, WiFi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm which is required by Florida law for guest safety.
