• Primary guest must be at least 21 and stay for the full reservation
• Registered guests only and no unapproved parties
• Events may be allowed but must be requested and approved before booking
• This is a pet free and smoke free home
• Please keep noise at a respectful level for our Laguna Beach neighbors
• Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, WiFi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm which is required by Florida law for guest safety
• Pool heating is available for this property from Oct 1-May 1 only for $65 per day** Pool and spa are heated together to 86 degrees maximum. Must be requested in advance.
• Golf cart may only be driven by licensed drivers
• Return beach gear, bikes, and the golf cart to their designated areas after use
