These are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are located on the property. Noise Monitoring: A Minut device is installed to monitor occupancy and decibel levels. It does not record audio or video, but helps ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If an exception is granted or a pet is found during your stay, a $175 non-refundable pet fee will be charged for additional cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
