Our modern, newly remodeled home accommodates up to nine guests, providing an open-concept living area, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and four full bathrooms. The main floor features a spacious living area with a cozy sectional couch, a stone fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area seats eight, and the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar. Outside hosts a patio with a grill and seating for two offers a peaceful retreat. A full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located next to a bedroom with a twin-size daybed and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxation. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a fireplace. Two additional bedrooms in the basement each have a full-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The first basement bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the second has a twin-size bunk bed and a queen-size bed, perfect for larger groups. The basement also provides storage for outdoor gear and a laundry area. Guests have access to the entire home, a patio, covered parking, and the community clubhouse with a pool and hot tub. Our location is minutes from the Cabriolet ski lift and the Red Pine Gondola in Canyons Village, offering easy access to Park City's ski areas, dining, and entertainment. Park City's Main Street and Deer Valley are a short drive away, and a nearby bus stop connects you to the city via the Park City Transit Bus system. Be aware of clubhouse and pool rules, including the requirement of a pool pass for access.
