The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber and Lyft are always available. Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season. The pools and spa will be closed for the fall season beginning Monday, September 30th and will re-open Friday, November 22nd A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
