Wander Park City Lighthouse

During the winter months and periods of heavy snowfall, melting snow may cause temporary flooding in the front and back yards. A water pump is in place to help drain excess water from the area.

The area is home to native ground squirrels, chipmunks, and rodents that may dig burrows by the front front yard. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Please note that air conditioning is available only on the upper floor. The lower level has heating and ventilation but no dedicated AC. Two vents—one in the stairway and another in the laundry room—do provide limited cooling from the upstairs system. If the lower floor becomes warm, opening a window to create a cross-breeze can help cool the space.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
