The condo is filled with windows overlooking the trees, creating a treehouse vibe that you and your guests will love! Inside the condo, you will find a stylish home with an open and social living space, two full bathrooms, and two comfortable bedrooms providing enough space for you and your group of up to 5 to spread out and relax. As you enter the home, you will find a bench providing a convenient spot to sit while you unload your outdoor gear. Step into the bright living room and enjoy the feeling of being tucked among the trees, with the tree views seen from all around this space. The well-decorated space boasts several plush furnishings for you to kick back and relax in with a leather couch, a chair, and an L-shaped couch. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available. Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic. Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
