Welcome to Northview Mid-Century Retreat, a vibrant Phoenix getaway featuring a heated pool, bocce ball court, and retro-inspired design in the charming Northwood Manor neighborhood. Thoughtfully designed by a former movie set builder, this unique home blends playful mid-century style with modern comforts, creating a colorful and memorable escape for families, couples, and small groups visiting the Valley.
Inside, the home captures the spirit of classic mid-century design while maintaining a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Each space features bold colors, vintage-inspired accents, and comfortable furnishings that create a fun and relaxed environment for gathering and unwinding. The open living area provides a cozy place to relax after a day exploring Phoenix, while the kitchen and dining areas make it easy to prepare meals and spend time together.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. The primary suite features retro-inspired décor and a private en-suite bathroom, while two additional guest bedrooms continue the home’s playful mid-century theme with stylish finishes and comfortable bedding.
Step outside and the backyard transforms into a private desert retreat designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The newly built heated pool sits at the center of the yard and is thoughtfully fenced for added safety, offering peace of mind for families traveling with children.
The surrounding backyard space offers multiple areas to gather and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. A covered patio with outdoor dining and lounge seating provides the perfect setting for casual meals or morning coffee. The BBQ grill makes outdoor cooking easy, while the custom bocce ball court adds a fun and social activity for friendly competition.
As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit lounge to enjoy cool desert evenings under the stars—an ideal place to unwind and share stories after a day exploring the city.
Conveniently located in Phoenix, Northview Mid-Century Retreat provides easy access to the area’s top dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations. Guests are also within reach of scenic desert hiking trails and outdoor adventures that make the Valley such a popular destination year-round.
With its colorful design, unique personality, and inviting backyard oasis, Northview Mid-Century Retreat offers a stay that’s both stylish and unforgettable.
Optional Pool Heat: Pool heating is available for $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, payment and request must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhood enforce noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and the removal of our listing.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
Security Cameras: For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, A Ring cameras are installed at the front door. This is used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are located on the property.
Noise Monitoring: A Minut device is installed to monitor occupancy and decibel levels. It does not record audio or video, but helps ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If an exception is granted or a pet is found during your stay, a $175 non-refundable pet fee will be charged for additional cleaning.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
Bike Use: Guests must sign a safety waiver prior to using the bicycles provided.
