While the Palo Verde Experience provides a secluded oasis, it remains well-connected to the broader Phoenix area. Guests can access the Valley Metro Bus services for public transportation, offering routes that connect various parts of the city. For those seeking a more personalized mode of travel, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and provide convenient access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
The swimming pool and spa are professionally serviced twice a week and surrounded by lush landscaping that creates a serene and private setting. Because of this natural environment, it is normal for leaves and debris to collect between scheduled visits—especially during Monsoon Season (July–September). Guests should expect to participate in daily upkeep by using the provided skimming net to help maintain clear and inviting water throughout their stay.
Spa heating is complimentary and included with your reservation. Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per night or $400 per week, and must be requested and paid at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is warm and ready.
This property also features a stainless steel “cowboy” plunge pool, designed for guests who enjoy cold plunges with manual ice addition. Please note that the plunge pool is not serviced by our pool professionals. If used, guests are fully responsible for maintaining its cleanliness, including daily skimming and water care, throughout their stay.
All guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in.
For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies. A Minut noise monitoring system may also be installed, which measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.
Pets are not permitted.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if you require additional time.
