Set in one of Arizona’s most coveted zip codes, The Palo Verde Experience is a Southwest-inspired bohemian sanctuary, blending refined affluence with laid-back desert charm. Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, this sprawling rambler is bathed in natural light, with warm earth tones, exposed brick, artisan tile, and natural wood creating a space that feels both elegant and inviting.

Inside, three intimately designed king bedrooms offer a tranquil escape, while a bonus room with a twin and sofa adds extra flexibility. The primary suite rivals a luxury hotel spa, with sleek, modern finishes and a serene en-suite retreat. The expansive living room, centered around a gas fireplace and oversized sectional, provides the perfect setting for relaxation, while the chef’s kitchen, outfitted with Wolf appliances, invites you to entertain effortlessly.

Step outside to a private desert retreat, where alfresco living meets resort-style indulgence. Multiple covered patios offer outdoor dining, a built-in bar, and a BBQ island with dual refrigerators, creating the ideal space for gatherings. For leisure, enjoy the extra-long heated lap pool, an elevated hot tub terrace, a bocce ball court, and a private putting green. Wellness seekers will appreciate the infrared sauna and cowboy cold plunge, designed to rejuvenate the body and mind. As the evening settles, the resort-style lighting transforms the space into a tranquil desert escape, where every detail is curated for comfort and sophistication.

Located just minutes from world-class dining, hiking, and golf, The Palo Verde Experience offers a luxurious yet effortlessly relaxed getaway in the heart of Paradise Valley. Book now and experience the perfect blend of affluence and Zen-like tranquility.

While the Palo Verde Experience provides a secluded oasis, it remains well-connected to the broader Phoenix area. Guests can access the Valley Metro Bus services for public transportation, offering routes that connect various parts of the city. For those seeking a more personalized mode of travel, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and provide convenient access to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The swimming pool and spa are professionally serviced twice a week and surrounded by lush landscaping that creates a serene and private setting. Because of this natural environment, it is normal for leaves and debris to collect between scheduled visits—especially during Monsoon Season (July–September). Guests should expect to participate in daily upkeep by using the provided skimming net to help maintain clear and inviting water throughout their stay.

Spa heating is complimentary and included with your reservation. Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per night or $400 per week, and must be requested and paid at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is warm and ready.

This property also features a stainless steel “cowboy” plunge pool, designed for guests who enjoy cold plunges with manual ice addition. Please note that the plunge pool is not serviced by our pool professionals. If used, guests are fully responsible for maintaining its cleanliness, including daily skimming and water care, throughout their stay.

All guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in.

For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies. A Minut noise monitoring system may also be installed, which measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Pets are not permitted.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if you require additional time.

A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.

My rating is a 5 star due to the inability to do 4.5. Cons listed below weren’t significant enough to warrant a 4 star. However, the cons are worth noting, especially for the price. Pros: One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in, stocked extremely well (kitchen, extra towels, bed sheets, bathroom essentials, etc), location was great, lots of nature to enjoy while sitting outside. Cons: The house needs ceiling fans. Temps reached 108° while we were there, and fans would’ve complimented the recommended settings of the AC unit. There was one box fan that allowed one room to have air flow and a cooler room during sleep. However, the occupants in the other room didn’t sleep well. The outdoor space provided a lot, however, it needs a good clean. Upon arrival, bird droppings covered most of the furniture, making them unusable. The pool needs a good scrub. We didn’t mind cleaning the debris. The vacuum also stays inside the pool at all times, which is an annoyance to swim around.

Peaceful homely retreat with tasteful decor throughout ( and a very cute neighborhood Cat 🐈 ) gorgeous garden surrounded by native plants and beautiful bird sounds. The open plan style home with inside and outside dining, easily gave 4 teenage boy/girl siblings privacy ( even with shared bath) plus mom & dad could still relax - not an easy feat when going on holiday! This was achieved by the multi entertaining spaces which is so smart! Lots of mirrors ✅Spa down one end, TV at the other, lounge in at another, games corner, so everyone had their own space 😅 Dad could even do work calls 😅 … finally if you make the effort, it’s worth to sit outside around the fire pit at sunrise because from the rear yard you can see camelback mountain. Nice neighborhood walks.. Easy flat 2 mile walk to speciality shops, favorite grocer called AJ’s, cute boutiques. It’s 30 min drive to hiking, botanical gardens or horseback riding at Mc Donald’s ranch, incredible horses and trainers. Lots to do!

Beds are very comfortable, and everything was super clean and organized. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!
