Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

The property is equipped with a glass, single-person elevator, which is a rare and delicate feature of the home—fully functional for accessibility needs but not intended as a novelty or play feature. If elevator use is required, please reach out to Concierge for detailed operating instructions to ensure it is used safely and properly.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Exceptions for bringing dogs can be made with prior approval. Please reach out to Concierge in advance with your request.

The pool is available for heating year-round for an additional fee of $100 per night, with a three-night minimum. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Note the heater may only be powered on once during your trip, and the maximum temperature would be around 82 °F.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties and events is strictly prohibited in this home.

Landscape

To help preserve the landscape, please remain on designated pathways at all times. Avoid climbing trees, stepping into planters, garden beds, or unpaved areas, and do not enter the main entry fountain or any decorative fountains on the property. After dark, we recommend exercising extra caution and staying within well-lit areas only.

Staircase

The dramatic entry stairwell is designed as an architectural feature rather than a traditional staircase and should be used with care and attention.

Patio & Pool Access

Most bedrooms feature private, south-facing patios finished in original flagstone. As some stones may be brittle with age, we ask that you step carefully while enjoying these outdoor spaces. The stairs leading down to the pool deck also require extra caution, particularly in the evening or low-light conditions.
