** The Space **
Cielo was designed as a place to gather above the city.
Light pours through expansive glass from morning to dusk, shifting across textured concrete and wide-plank oak floors. Every room orients toward the skyline and surrounding mountains.
Inspired by the architectural language of the Arizona Biltmore and reimagined with contemporary restraint, the home balances dramatic scale with warmth — expansive yet intimate.
LIVING & GATHERING
The main living level unfolds as one continuous experience. The foyer, kitchen, dining, and great room flow seamlessly toward the view, drawing the eye outward at every turn.
The sunken living room anchors the space with an oversized boucle sectional, linear gas fireplace, 75" 4K television, and Sonos audio throughout. A fully equipped wet bar with beverage fridge and ice maker allows conversation to continue uninterrupted.
When the panoramic sliding doors disappear, the interior extends into the covered Sunset Lounge — an outdoor living room centered around a gas firepit and positioned perfectly for Phoenix’s nightly show. From here, the desert sky melts from gold to crimson to deep indigo, followed by the slow emergence of the city lights below. It’s the front-row seat to sunset — and the place evenings naturally unfold.
DINING MOMENTS
The main dining table seats eight (ten in a pinch) beneath warm, intimate lighting designed for lingering evenings. Positioned to preserve skyline and mountain views, the setting balances openness with intimacy.
A vintage mid-century teak sideboard anchors the space, adding warmth and character, while soft, layered lighting creates an inviting atmosphere for long meals and shared conversation.
Nearby, the window-wrapped breakfast nook centers around a vintage rosewood table and green velvet chairs beneath a Noguchi lantern. Morning coffee here feels suspended above the valley.
Outside, the open-air dining terrace overlooks the pool and skyline — ideal for long dinners beneath the desert sky.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen was designed to be used.
A generous island with seating for five anchors the space, comfortably accommodating multiple cooks while keeping everyone part of the conversation.
Double ovens with convection and steam functionality, a five-burner gas cooktop, built-in espresso, climate-controlled wine storage, filtered water, and expansive prep surfaces make preparing meals part of the experience rather than separate from it.
Whether cooking a full dinner or simply pouring wine at the island, the kitchen keeps everyone part of the conversation.
OUTDOOR LIVING
One level below the main living area, the heated infinity-edge pool extends toward the skyline. Baja shelves and in-pool loungers allow you to sunbathe while staying cool, while shaded seating areas offer privacy without sacrificing views.
The hot tub overlooks the valley and western horizon — a quiet vantage point at golden hour.
The outdoor spaces are designed to move effortlessly between sun, shade, water, and firelight.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8)
All four bedrooms feature king beds with luxury linens and are designed to feel intentional, private, and view-connected.
THE PRIMARY RETREAT
Nearly 800 square feet of private sanctuary.
Wake to skyline views from bed. Step onto the terrace for morning coffee. In the evening, soak in the freestanding tub overlooking the city as the double-sided fireplace flickers beside you.
Within the suite, a dedicated lounge area creates its own quiet moment — ideal for conversation, reflection, or an evening cocktail before heading out to dinner. The bedroom flows seamlessly between sleeping, relaxing, and retreating.
A skylit oversized shower, walk-in closet, Sonos audio, and in-suite Nespresso station complete the experience.
TWO ADDITIONAL KING SUITES (UPSTAIRS)
Positioned across the catwalk from the primary retreat, these two king suites enjoy hillside and western views.
Each suite opens onto a shared terrace with seating for four — a quiet perch to take in the shifting light at dusk or the twinkling city below.
Inside, both rooms are designed for comfort and flexibility. King beds with luxury linens anchor the space, while private desks allow for focused work if needed. En-suite bathrooms feature walk-in showers and generous vanities, and walk-in closets provide ample storage for longer stays.
One suite is oriented to maximize sunset views directly from bed, while the other offers slightly expanded vanity space — each with its own distinct rhythm.
MAIN LEVEL KING SUITE
Located just off the entry level near the listening lounge, this king bedroom offers a quieter retreat with skyline views framed by sliding glass doors.
Positioned near the spa and outdoor shower, it’s ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs while still enjoying immediate access to outdoor living spaces.
The adjacent full bath features a walk-in shower and refined finishes, while the nearby study provides flexible workspace just steps away.
THE LISTENING LOUNGE
Just off the entry, a moody mid-century inspired study transforms effortlessly from focused workspace to evening retreat.
A walnut desk and monitor support productive mornings. As night falls, lower the lighting, select a vinyl record, and settle into swivel lounge seating as the skyline glows beyond the glass.
The curated record collection spans disco, funk, house, rock, and soul — designed for atmosphere. Sonos audio flows throughout the home, allowing music to move with you from room to room.
It’s a space to pause — whether between meetings or before dinner in the city.
🌄 Neighborhood Overview

The location offers the rare balance of privacy and proximity — peaceful and residential, yet centrally positioned for exploring the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area.
🚗 Getting Around
A vehicle is recommended for getting around Phoenix comfortably.
Cielo offers quick access to the 51 freeway, connecting you efficiently to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the 101 freeway corridor. Sky Harbor Airport is approximately 10 minutes away.
Rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft and Waymo are readily available in the area, though most guests prefer the flexibility of having their own vehicle.
Parking at the property includes space for two vehicles in the garage and one in the driveway (subject to vehicle clearance suitability).

• Pool heat is included in your stay and maintained to approximately 85°.
• To maintain Cielo’s standards, weekly pool and landscaping service may occur during your stay. We schedule service thoughtfully to minimize any interruption to your experience.
• The driveway is steep and may not accommodate low-clearance vehicles. Guests should assess their vehicle before attempting the incline and use street parking if needed.

Cielo is best suited for guests who appreciate a refined, relaxed atmosphere — sunset dinners, spa evenings, and quiet mornings overlooking the city.
🌵 Desert Environment
Cielo is situated on a natural desert hillside and receives regular professional pest control service. As with any desert property in Arizona, insects and desert wildlife may be present from time to time, particularly during warmer months.
This is a natural part of the Sonoran desert environment and not reflective of the home’s cleanliness. We recommend keeping doors closed, especially in the evenings, as exterior lighting can attract insects.
