This residence has three spacious bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, offers a private terrace ideal for enjoying the view and relaxing. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with three single beds and a single pull-out bed, perfect for families or groups. The third bedroom combines a king-size bed with a sliding double bed, offering great versatility. The main terrace features an outdoor living room, outdoor dining area, and a plunge pool with ocean views. Inside, a spacious living room and dining room with ocean views are integrated with a fully equipped kitchen in an open space ideal for socializing. In addition, there is a discreet and functional laundry and service area. Amenities at the development include a main oceanfront pool, a children's pool, concierge service, 24/7 security, and parking. Guests have full access to the villa, including the private pool, as well as the ANERA common areas. Optional services (available at an additional cost and with prior booking) include housekeeping during your stay, in-home cook, grocery pre-stocking, and restaurant or tour reservations. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and key common areas. We recommend using a private vehicle or pre-arranged transportation. Our concierge team is available to assist with airport transfers and local transport during your stay. We can also help coordinate boat tours or excursions to nearby attractions. You must submit a current government-issued ID prior to your reservation date and present it upon arrival at Anera. Cleaning during your stay is not included.
