The Hemlock Suite (which is the north half of the building) offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the peaceful waters of Garrison Lake, every window becomes a frame for the ever-changing coastal landscape. Watch morning mist drift across the water, enjoy golden sunsets over the ocean, and settle into the quiet elegance of a home designed for comfort and reflection.

Whether you are exploring Port Orford’s beaches, trails, galleries, and harbor, or simply relaxing in the beauty of your surroundings, Osprey House offers a rare opportunity to experience the coast at its most beautiful.

The Space
The Great Room is on the second floor of the unit and includes the living/dining/kitchen areas as well as a half bathroom. The kitchen features a gas cooktop, wall oven, convection oven/microwave/hood, and a full size refrigerator. A full complement of small appliances, pots/pans, and cooking/serving utensils are to be found so you can create meals to enjoy along with the views...

The lower floor contains both the Primary and Second Bedrooms - each with an ensuite bathroom. The Primary Bedroom closet features extensive cabinetry for all storage, a wet bar with under counter refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a work area that does not receive any direct sunlight. The Primary Bathroom features dual sinks, lighted mirror cabinets, a soaking tub, and a glass enclosed shower.

Guest Access
Once you have booked, we will be asking for your email address so that we can send you our digital guidebook for the house which includes directions, check-in information, instructions for the house systems, and recommendations for the area.

Other things to note
The lake can be accessed within a 5 minute walk where you will find a public boat launch, gazebo, and fishing dock. Within a 10 minute walk, you can have your toes in the sand at the beach!

CONSTRUCTION NOTE: There currently is a house being built next door. The contractor is aware that guests are in the Osprey House and they are making every effort to keep the noise level down and not cause any disturbance.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our home as one of the owners has developed extreme allergies to pets - including those listed as hypoallergenic.

As the Osprey House is a duplex, the owners and/or their guests may be staying in the south side of the building during your stay.
